I created Way of the Heart for women who feel the call to return to themselves — to trust their intuition, embody their healing gifts, and live from a place of clarity and compassion.
My path has woven somatic therapy, womb healing, Maya abdominal massage, and ancient modalities passed down by mentors in Central America. Along the way, I’ve learned that true healing begins in the body and expands through the heart.
This mentorship is the deepest expression of my work — a weaving of everything I’ve studied, embodied, and lived. It would be an honor to walk alongside you.

Create a strong, grounded base for your journey through breathwork, somatic movement, and ritual practices that open your body and heart to transformation. This is where safety and spaciousness are cultivated so you can fully receive.
Awaken your intuitive gifts and learn to trust subtle energies with clarity and confidence. You’ll practice creating sacred space and tools that strengthen your connection to spirit.
Step into the heart as your guiding force for healing. Through boundaries, compassion, and authentic presence, you’ll learn to hold space with depth and power.
Reconnect to the creative and sensual energy of your womb and sacral chakra. Using practices like womb visualizations, movement, and self-abdominal massage, you’ll release blockages and awaken your body’s wisdom.
Activate the power of your throat chakra and reclaim your voice as a channel for truth and healing. Through sound, group vocal practices, and light language, you’ll experience your expression as medicine.
